3. Give
Break symbol Size value (Enter)
4. Click
Start Point
5. Click
Next Point
6. Click
“Mid Point” of Line (Break-Symbol Location)

Probably not, CAD is more for designing plans and parts. You'd be better off taking a language class like SQL or C++ to get your feet wet in S/W engineering.
